TerraBase partner programme terms

In force from 29 October 2026

This is a translation of the document. In case of discrepancies, the Polish version is binding.

1. Organiser

Justin Lalak (Wiśniewko 33, 06-500 Mława) i Jakub Żark (Osiedle Książąt Mazowieckich 17/31, 06-500 Mława), adres do korespondencji: Wiśniewko 33, 06-500 Mława, e-mail: kontakt@terrabase.pl.

The programme is run by the provider of TerraBase (“TerraBase” or “we”). For anything about the programme write to kontakt@terrabase.pl or use the contact form.

2. How the programme works

  • The programme lets creators and others who recommend TerraBase to their audience (“Partner” or “you”) earn a commission on payments from the people they bring in.
  • The programme is by TerraBase's invitation only. You can't sign up for it yourself.
  • These terms complement the TerraBase terms, which apply to your account.

3. Taking part

  • The invitation is for an existing TerraBase account and can't be moved to another account. Adults and companies can take part.
  • Your individual terms - the commission rate, how long it is earned, the withdrawal period, any discount code and additional terms - are shown in the invitation and in the partner panel.
  • The contract is concluded when you accept these terms and your conditions in the partner panel. We record the date of acceptance and the version of the terms.
  • Taking part is free. The Partner acts in their own name: they are not our employee or representative and make no statements on behalf of TerraBase.

4. Who is your customer

  • Your customer is someone who: creates a new TerraBase account during the same visit in which they opened your partner link; or pays for a plan with your discount code; or whom we assign to you if you show that they came from you.
  • The link stores no separate cookie in the browser - it works within one visit. The discount code lasts longer: anyone who pays with your code becomes your customer later and without the link too.
  • A customer belongs to one partner for good - by the first link or code used. Your own account and accounts you create for yourself are not your customers.

5. Commission

  • For every payment your customer makes for a TerraBase plan during the commission period you get a commission: the agreed percentage of the amount the customer actually paid (gross, after discounts), in the currency of that payment.
  • The commission period counts from the day the customer was assigned and follows the terms in force on that day. It can also have no end, if so agreed.
  • The commission is calculated at the rate in force on the day of the payment. While the partnership is paused or after it ends, new payments earn no commission.
  • No commission is due on refunded or disputed payments (chargebacks) or on payments obtained in breach of these terms.
  • You see all commissions, their status and payouts in the partner panel as they happen. Customers are shown there by number - without names or e-mail addresses.

6. Withdrawal period and refunds

  • A new commission first has the status “In the withdrawal period” for the number of days set in your terms (usually 14), because the customer can withdraw from the contract during that time. If the customer cancels the plan or gets a refund, the commission lapses. After that the commission is “Ready to pay out”.
  • If a refund or chargeback happens after the commission has been paid out, we may deduct that commission from the next payout - we'll tell you by e-mail which payment it concerns.

7. Payouts

  • We settle once a month. On the first day of the month we prepare a statement: the total of commissions that became ready to pay out by the end of the previous month. We send it by e-mail and show it in the partner panel.
  • We transfer the statement amount by day 10 of the month to the account given in the panel. If you issue invoices or bills, the transfer is made by day 10 of the month or within 5 working days of receiving a correct document - whichever is later.
  • The minimum payout is 50 zł (€12 or 300 Kč for commissions in those currencies). A smaller amount carries over to the next month. When the partnership ends, we pay out the whole amount due regardless of this minimum.
  • We pay commissions by bank transfer, in the currency of the customers' payments. We cover our bank's fees, and you cover any fees charged by your bank (e.g. for currency conversion).
  • Until you give your payout details, the amount waits for you. You see every payout in the history in the panel and get a confirmation by e-mail.

8. Taxes and documents

  • You handle the taxes on the commissions you receive yourself. If you run a business, you issue TerraBase an invoice or bill for the statement amount.
  • If you don't run a business, before the first payout you give the details needed for settlement: your name, address and, where the law requires it, your PESEL or tax ID. If the law requires us to withhold an advance on tax or to issue a tax information form (e.g. PIT-11), we do so and pay out the amount after tax.
  • If you live or are based outside Poland, you send us a current certificate of tax residence before the first payout. Without it we may be required to withhold tax in Poland and pay out the amount less that tax.

9. How to recommend TerraBase

  • Recommend honestly: describe the features and prices truthfully and as they are currently offered on the site, and don't promise what TerraBase doesn't do.
  • Clearly label content with your link or code as an ad or a collaboration with TerraBase (e.g. “ad”, “in collaboration with TerraBase”, “affiliate link”) - the law on unfair commercial practices requires it, and the Polish consumer authority (UOKiK) recommendations for influencers describe how.
  • You must not: send spam or unsolicited messages; impersonate TerraBase or suggest that you represent us; buy search ads on the keyword “TerraBase”; post the code on coupon sites without our consent; create accounts or buy plans only to earn a commission.
  • You may use the TerraBase name and logo only to recommend the service within the programme, without changing them.

10. Changes to the terms

  • We may change your terms and these programme terms for good reasons, e.g. a change in plan prices, the law or how the programme works. We announce every change by e-mail.
  • A change in your favour (e.g. a higher commission) applies at once. A change to your disadvantage applies to payments made more than 14 days after we send the notice - in that time you can end the partnership on the current terms.
  • A change does not affect commissions already earned or the commission period set for customers already assigned.

11. Pausing and ending the partnership

  • You can leave at any time - write to us by e-mail or through the contact form.
  • We can end the partnership with 14 days' notice sent by e-mail, and with immediate effect in case of a serious breach of these terms. While we look into a suspected breach, or at your request, we can pause the partnership: the link and code then bring in no new customers and new payments earn no commission. We announce pausing and ending by e-mail.
  • We may cancel commissions obtained in breach of these terms.
  • After the partnership ends, commissions earned before are settled as usual and the amount due is paid out on the next payout date. The partner panel stays available to view the settlement.

12. Personal data

  • We process your data (account, payout details, statements and accounting documents) to perform the contract and meet tax and accounting obligations - details are in the privacy policy. We store payout details encrypted and confirm any change to them by e-mail.
  • We don't give you your customers' personal data - in the panel you only see numbers, dates and amounts. Don't try to find out who your customers are.

13. Complaints and final provisions

  • Send any objections to a settlement to kontakt@terrabase.pl or through the contact form - we'll reply within 14 days.
  • Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code. If you are a consumer, these terms do not limit the rights the law gives you.
